KTM Properties was established in 2004 as a family-owned and operated business by Charles Minasalli along with the help and support of his brother Mark and daughter Tara, whose initials stand partly as inspiration for the firm's name. With Chuck and Mark being veterans of the construction industry and current owners of Environmental Restorations, Inc., the ownership has a combined total of over 40 years of experience. The Minasalli family has continuously and consistently provided construction services throughout New England.
